Great stuff, great stuff

I really liked this one. Had a great freaky-shooter feel, and I loved the mutant-etc. theme.

Like one of the reviewers below me, I would have really liked the static stuff to have played a bigger part in the game. There were only two bits and they worked really well! But then in the end it seemed they had no real purpose other than to be what they were.

But at any rate, what's done is done, and what you've done is a great game. And now I'm done with my review. =p

Hmm true a bit more coulda been better, but at the moment it keeps it mysterious and you have to work things out :)

Interesting concept, but needs more

It's a great concept, but you need to explain more. For example, the left and right arrow keys; do they "turn" you like in a first person perspective (with up and down moving forwards and backwards) or do they literally move you left and right like in a maze game?

Also the music just appears to end after a while, rather than looping continuously.

Actually...

I really like this. Most snowboard games are really poor quality, but this one was a refreshing surprise. Quite smooth and good jumping, tricks, etc. The controls were also smooth albeit a little awkward; but I really didn't find them too difficult to use.

Great work on this. 4/5 9/10

Good...

I enjoyed the game to a point. The problem I had with it was that instead of just getting harder, the levels got longer. I'd have rather played a game with a bunch of short levels with one challenge each that gets more difficult as I go; instead I would play an entire level, passing a few difficult traps until I press the wrong arrow or make a little mistake and I'm sent back to the very beginning. Frustrating.

Overall, not bad. If there's an impossible 3, I'd suggest making the levels shorter and base it more on ingenious setups of traps, for example the smaller spinning logs on level 8 just after the first big one. If that was at the very beginning of the level, then I'd have been more motivated to keep trying; as it is now, I just gave up because I didn't feel like doing the first part over and over again.

Hehe

It's a cool trick for those that haven't seen it before. Really nice presentation.

Just for fun...and since I knew how it worked from previous experience, I thought of two cards XD

Great!

I loved it, graphics/effects were great, sound was great, etc. I would have liked either the screen to be a bit smaller or the game to go a bit faster so that it didn't take so long for my ball to come back down after I miss the remaining bricks, but that's not too much of a problem.

The only issue I have, is that I got a replay of the initial ad after the first level. Don't know what happened with that, since it doesn't seem as if anyone else had that problem. I'm running FP10.

Bugged

I got 3 cats and I didn't win anything -_-

Also the odds are too poor. I ran out of cash about three times before I actually got anything (the 3 cats...but it didn't give me $10,000....)

It's not a bad flash, but not really fun, either.

Hmm.

Well. It's not a bad idea (actually it's pretty clever), but I've seen it done before. It's kind of interesting, but I'm not really impressed as some of the other reviewers seem to have been.

No offense, but the whole idea of not being able to try again to me just means the game has no replay value.

I doubt you've seen it before, unless you've played "execution", which I also doubt.

Pretty good

I liked it. I was just disappointed that while you put a lot of work into the helicopter and the programming/motion there, it seemed you didn't give the same consideration for the backgrounds or obstacle graphics. My advice would have been to hold off on submitting this until you could have designed better obstacle graphics and backgrounds.

Not bad

Level 11 is impossible though, there's not enough time to get all the way up to the top before the door closes again. I spent a few tries attempting to time it perfectly, so I get the the moving platform as it's moving up, etc. but the door closes too quickly unless there's some way to walk faster or keep the door down longer that I'm not aware of.

Other than that, it's pretty simple but still fun.

I write music, mostly downtempo and soundtrack. Someday I hope to write music for film and video games.
